Our Service is designed for students aged 13-22. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
For Students Under 18: While you can access our counseling services independently, certain legal requirements may apply. We respect your right to confidential mental health support as recognized under Indian healthcare laws.
MyCounsellor Online provides mental wellness support services including:
Real-time text-based counseling with licensed professionals
One-on-one video counseling appointments
Self-help resources and wellness content
Moderated peer support communities
Our Service is NOT a substitute for emergency mental health services or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or having thoughts of self-harm:
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
Maintain Confidentiality: Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Respectful Communication: Treat counselors and other users with respect and courtesy
Timely Payment: Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the billing terms

Our pricing varies based on the type of service (chat, video sessions, subscription plans). All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods supported by our payment partners. Your payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of MyCounsellor Online and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our counselors provide mental wellness support and guidance, but our Service does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCounsellor Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate your account:
